2024 Holly City Swim Club Party Information

 

Members only may request a party by completing the party form to the right and submitting it to the board either in person or via email: hcsc1368@gmail.com. All members must be in good standing and will be notified by the board of approval, dates are not held until forms & deposit are submitted.

Cost: $175

$50 Deposit due at time of approval (deducted from total cost)

• There is a MAXIMUM of 30 people permitted for a party, this includes those both swimming and not, as well as club members.

• All parties are 3 hours in length (12:30-3:30 or 4:30-7:30).  

• Party locations include the screen house or the pavilion.

• All guests must have a signed waiver submitted before entering the pool.

• All parties MUST adhere to the pool rules and regulations.  Rules and regulations can be found posted at the pool and also found on the website.

• A $25 surcharge will occur if party area is not found clean at the conclusion of the party.

• Any special requests must be approved by the board and require additional review time.
